Delivery, Pickup & Order Policies
Preparation & Scheduling
All standard floral orders require at least five days' advance notice. Customers may request a preferred delivery or pickup date and a 45-minute window. Requested windows are subject to confirmation. For pickup, we confirm the exact appointment time before the visit; for delivery, we provide an estimated arrival time and notification when flowers are on the way.
Local Delivery · $20
Local delivery is available within 15 miles in eligible Atlanta areas. Provide a complete delivery address and the recipient’s contact information. If the recipient is unavailable, our driver will wait up to 10 minutes after arrival and notification. An unsuccessful delivery may require rescheduling and an additional delivery fee; availability is not guaranteed.
Complimentary Pickup · Lenox Square Mall, Atlanta
Customers will receive their designated meeting location and pickup instructions before their appointment. Customers must present their order confirmation and a valid government-issued photo ID matching the authorized pickup name. Pickup is by confirmed appointment only. We will wait up to 10 minutes from the confirmed appointment time; missed pickups must be rearranged subject to availability.
Priority Preparation · Additional $50, if approved
Orders needed sooner than the standard five-day notice period require a priority inquiry first. The $50 priority fee applies only if the request is accepted. We aim to respond within 1–3 hours during service hours. An inquiry is not a confirmed order; approved customers receive separate payment instructions or a Shopify invoice.
Customization
Glitter on roses with a decorative topper is available as a combined $15 upgrade where compatible with the arrangement. Rose-color requests are subject to availability and confirmation. Please communicate customization requests before finalizing an order.
Gift Orders
You may send flowers to a friend, family member, romantic interest, or anonymously as a secret admirer. Accurate recipient information is required for delivery.
